okbje Terms and Conditions
This page sets out all of okbje's rules and conditions for your account, bonuses, financial transactions, and responsible gaming.
1. Introduction and Applicability
Welcome to the okbje platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between okbje and every individual who uses its services ("User" or "you"). By accessing okbje's services through our website, mobile version, or any related channel, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration
2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements
To use okbje's services, you must be at least 21 years old. Minors or legally ineligible persons are not permitted to open an account. okbje may request identity documents and other verification materials to confirm your age.
2.2 One Account per User
Each user may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, on the same device, or linked to the same payment method, all such accounts will be closed and okbje reserves the right to forfeit the associated balances.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
- All information provided at registration must be completely truthful and accurate.
- Providing false or incorrect information may result in account closure.
- If any of your information changes, you must update your profile immediately.
- It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login details confidential.
3. Account Security and Privacy
Ensuring the security of your account is your personal responsibility. okbje will not be held liable for any unauthorized access or transactions that occur as a result of the user's own negligence.
Do not share your login credentials with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify okbje's support team immediately. For security, we use SSL encryption and conduct regular reviews to ensure fair play.
4. Financial Transactions: Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
The following mobile financial services are currently available for transactions on the okbje platform:
- bKash — A popular mobile banking service in Bangladesh.
- Nagad — A mobile financial service authorized by the postal department.
- Rocket — The mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
4.2 Minimum Amounts
- Minimum deposit: ৳300 per method.
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Processing may take longer if identity verification is incomplete or if there is an active bonus wagering requirement on the account.
4.4 Prohibited Activities
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing is strictly prohibited.
- Filing chargebacks or false disputes is prohibited.
- Using a third party's payment method is not acceptable.
5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. If someone deposits ৳22,000 or more, the maximum ৳20,000 bonus is added, giving a total balance of ৳42,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only, not the deposited amount. For example, to withdraw winnings from a ৳2,000 bonus, a total of ৳40,000 must be wagered.
5.3 General Bonus Guidelines
- A user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
- Wagering must be completed within the specified time after the bonus is activated.
- Bonus bets may not apply to certain games — full details will be noted on the bonus page.
- If unusual betting patterns are detected (such as placing opposing bets to exploit a bonus), the bonus may be cancelled.

6. VIP Program and Cashback
okbje's VIP program has four tiers. Users can move up to higher tiers through regular play and enjoy weekly cashback benefits.
- Bronze — Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
- Silver — Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
- Gold — Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
- Platinum — Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
Cashback will be credited to the account automatically on the scheduled day. Wagering requirements may also apply to cashback. Detailed terms will be listed separately for each tier.
7. Gaming and Betting Rules
7.1 Game Operations
okbje offers games from various recognized game software providers. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and are tested to ensure fair play. okbje does not interfere with game results.
7.2 Sports Betting
The sports betting section offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, okbje reserves the right to void those bets.
7.3 Prohibited Activities
- Exploiting any system error or vulnerability is strictly prohibited.
- Using automated bots or software to play games or place bets is prohibited.
- Placing bets through corrupt or fraudulent means is prohibited.
- Coordinating bonus exploitation across multiple accounts is prohibited.
8. Responsible Gaming
okbje believes that enjoying entertainment should not have a negative impact on anyone's life. We therefore place the highest importance on responsible gaming.
- Users can set their own deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits.
- A cooling-off option is available to temporarily pause the account.
- Self-exclusion requests can be submitted.
- If suspicious behavior is detected, okbje may also impose restrictions on the account on its own initiative.

9. Intellectual Property and Ownership

By using okbje's services, you do not acquire ownership of any intellectual property. You are granted only a limited, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use.

11. Limitation of Liability
okbje makes every effort to provide its services reliably. However, okbje will not be held liable in the following situations:
- Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical failure.
- Errors in the systems of third-party game software providers.
- Loss resulting from the user's own negligence or breach of security terms.
- Force majeure events — natural disasters, government directives, or other circumstances beyond our control.
okbje's total liability will in no circumstances exceed the value of the transaction in question.
12. Account Suspension and Closure
12.1 Suspension by okbje
okbje may temporarily or permanently close an account at any time for the following reasons:
- Violation of any clause in these Terms.
- Evidence of bonus fraud or account abuse.
- Failure to complete identity verification.
- Suspicion of illegal activity.
12.2 Closure by the User
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any outstanding wagering requirements must be fulfilled and you will have the opportunity to withdraw your available balance.

If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue in full force. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between okbje and the user and supersede any prior oral or written understandings.
